In 2020, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo, the then Minister of Trade, Industry, and Investment, received a delegation from RECAH and its technical partner, the Daniel Franco Institute (DFI), Brazil, during a courtesy visit in Abuja. The meeting focused on fostering trade and investment opportunities in Nigeria’s agricultural sector, with emphasis on technology transfer, skill development, and value chain enhancement. The Minister acknowledged the initiative’s potential to boost industrial growth and economic diversification. The delegation reaffirmed its commitment to working with the ministry to drive sustainable agricultural and industrial development in Nigeria.
